"This hotel is a complete fraud. I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. The food quality was terrible—stale, unhygienic, and completely unfit for consumption. Despite paying a high amount, the food tasted awful and felt unsafe to eat. When I complained, the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. To make matters worse, they took my money and refused to refund it, even after clearly accepting that the food and service were below standard. They kept giving false promises and excuses but never returned my money. This is nothing but cheating and fraud. There is zero customer service, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hotel unless you want to waste your money and ruin your experience. ❌ Bad food ❌ Fraudulent behavior ❌ No refund ❌ Rude staff DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE."

"Worst place to get any wedding arrangement. We went there in my close friend wedding. So unhygienic- that i still we can clean but the staff have no manners to Talk. Very rude as if they are paying us. Wedding is big thing so if you want no hassle for your family and guest then never go here. Worst experience. Even lot of people told us about review but we ignore but do not go with their 4.3 rating. Now ways it’s not a big thing to make such rating. Think twice of your elder people before u go for this property. Owner should actually do surprise visist and see their what their so called manger and assistance manager doing.
